After his time in the military, Caleb built his career in the home service industry, working as a project manager across multiple trades, including roofing and exterior home services. Over the years, he has managed numerous projects and worked closely with crews, homeowners, and contractors to ensure every job was completed correctly and professionally.

That hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of how projects should be run — with clear communication, attention to detail, and respect for the homeowner’s property.

Today, Caleb remains closely involved in the day-to-day operations of Rugged American Exteriors, making sure every project reflects the level of quality and accountability the company was built on.
